As we approach the end of this year, we reflect with gratitude on all the support of Revival Fires extended to our Anti-Slavery Project here in India. We are excited to share important updates for July and August 2024 as our survivors continue to grow and thrive through various initiatives with your support.

We are thrilled to bring you exciting updates and heartfelt stories from the Light House Disha India Project. Your unwavering support continues to make a profound difference in the lives of survivors. We have significant milestones to share this month, reflecting the transformative power of your contributions, love, prayers and support.

I want to take this opportunity to thank Revival Fires for standing with me in love and prayers and covering my treatment costs since the beginning of our time in Mumbai. After two months of rigorous tests, scans, and back-to-back consultations, a treatment plan has been developed. I have started three rounds of chemotherapy at Tata Memorial Hospital as a private patient and am consulting with a senior surgical oncologist at Kokilaben Hospital for surgery and further treatment. Once the chemotherapy cycles are completed, the surgery plan will be considered.

Growths in the mouth and disalignment in the jaw prayed for - one young man who couldn’t eat or speak properly for 5-6 months was healed and could speak again; his tongue changed back to the normal colour as God touched him! Pain disappeared after receiving prayer!

We have witnessed incredible stories of restoration and healing in the lives of new survivors have found refuge and support at Light House Restoration Centre. Through counselling, mentorship, and spiritual mentorship broken lives are being transformed, and hope is being reignited.

Your steadfast support has been the guiding light, enabling Light House Disha to continue its mission of spreading the transformative love of Jesus and combating the darkness of exploitation.

We are excited to provide you with a three-month update on the progress and achievements at our Survivor Restoration Centre, a safe haven that has been made possible by your generous support. Thanks to your contributions, we have been able to offer round-the-clock care, protection, and a comprehensive range of services to survivors of human trafficking and exploitation.

We want to express a huge and heartfelt thank you for sponsoring Revival Children in Zimbabwe. Your monthly donation continues to provide a daily source of energy and nutrition for 400 children at St. Francis School, on the outskirts of Marondera.

Welcome to the latest edition of our LightHouse Disha Newsletter! We are excited to share the latest updates and initiatives happening in India from April to July 2023. This newsletter aims to keep each one of you as our valued supporters and friends informed about our ongoing projects and upcoming events so that you pray with us and for us.

I am writing this report having just finished the Saturday sessions of the conference “Engaging the Supernatural”, and I’m still buzzing from the time of ministry today! People coming under an open heaven, young children and youth being marked by the Holy Spirit, falling under His touch and weeping. Whole groups speaking in tongues for the first time. A sense of freedom as many entered the ‘clear air’ of God’s presence, leaving behind patterns and practises of restriction and limitation. We really feel a sense of ‘ascending’ with the Lord.

Significant interventions are being made in the plains of West Bengal on behalf of girls involved in slavery of every sort. Read our latest updates from Moumita who works both face to face as well as in strategic areas behind the scenes to see freedom and justice for many families. Alongside all the schooling, care and daily encouragement we are able to provide for the children, they have been enjoying days out together and extra curriculum training from other voluntary organisations too. Thank God for His provision and presence with these precious ones!

A wide door for effective ministry is opening for us through a call from the Lord and relationships in the nation of Zimbabwe. (1 Corinthians 16:9) We were privileged to be able to take our whole family to Zimbabwe in November 2022 for a week of mission and ministry. Ryan was invited to lead worship for an Encounter Youth Camp. This was the same youth camp which had impacted Ryan’s life over 20 years ago when he met the Holy Spirit for the first time! It was an honour to be back - this time to minister, with Anna and family alongside. We all had an expectation that we would encounter Jesus afresh. That is what happens so often as we pour out our lives in service of Jesus: God uses us to bless others, and we ourselves are so blessed by His precious presence. Here is a report from that week.

Because each one of you at Revival Fires, 100 + survivors and at-risk women and girls are on the path to Christ-centric rest and economic freedom and some are already living a life of Dignity and hope walking on that path since 2015. But we still need your help! Because so many still need Jesus as their personal Saviour.

We want to share our latest updates from our Revival Fires ministries in India with you. Your support and prayers have brought practical and spiritual blessing to all the children at Papa’s House, and rescued young women from human trafficking, and trained them for a new future with hope and destiny! We want to express our thanks to you for every prayer raised and every gift received!
