Zimbabwe, May 2023

Thank you for all your prayers and support over this trip to Zimbabwe. It’s been wonderful to receive the prophetic words you have sent, we have felt uplifted and encouraged by them.

I am writing this report having just finished the sessions of the conference “Engaging the Supernatural”, and I’m still buzzing from the time of ministry today! People coming under an open heaven, young children and youth being marked by the Holy Spirit, falling under His touch and weeping. Whole groups speaking in tongues for the first time. A sense of freedom as many entered the ‘clear air’ of God’s presence, leaving behind patterns and practises of restriction and limitation. We really feel a sense of ‘ascending’ with the Lord.

There have been victories to attain and foundational truths to set in place to reach this point. We spent the start of the week with the leaders in the church; listening, teaching and equipping. It has been wonderful to grow in relationship with them. Trevor has moved in a strong anointing of apostolic father, and we are grateful to be a blessing and encouragement to the church here.

The Sunday morning meeting with the Kabod Church family was especially significant. It was a huge honour to recognise and anoint Danie and his wife Babatte as the leaders of the ministry, and also to anoint a leadership team around them. There was a generational blessing that was poured out over the ministry, and I was moved as the entire church gathered around the leadership team at the front to receive some of the anointing from the heads of the team. It was a Psalm 133 moment! It was also so good to meet and find a heart connection with a team from Tell the Nations ministry, lead by Steve Pretorious.

It was also a joy to visit the school where we have been helping feed the children daily. Our hearts were filled with such delight to see them running to receive their portions, singing an exuberant and grateful grace over the food. We held an impromptu assembly on the grass in the sun, sharing about Gods love for them and how they can make a difference because God has made a difference for them. A high thank you to all our partners and those who give into the Revival Children projects!
