Revival Fires - Our Story
Revival Fires is a ministry based in Dudley in the heart of the UK. It was established by Trevor and Sharon Baker in 1998.
“Our desire has always been to have a gathering place in the heart of the nation where people could come to seek God’s presence and experience the fire of revival, as the Holy Spirit touched people’s lives, bringing renewed passion for Jesus, healing for their bodies and freedom from oppression.”

Our Team
Trevor & Sharon Baker
Apostolic Heads
Trevor and Sharon have been involved in Church Ministry for over 40 years.
They are the apostolic leaders over the ministry of Revival Fires which is working in around 10 nations of the world. Their heart is to see the church transition into an apostolic expression of Church which Trevor defines as a saints-led movement, where each person is equipped to do the work of ministry. Their desire is to see every individual operating in the supernatural realm of the Holy Spirit as each person fulfils the purpose and destiny God has for their lives to transform individuals, churches and communities.
Trevor has a unique gift of preaching and teaching as he ministers with clarity and frankness. Sharon has a desire to see the practical out working of the Word and the Spirit in peoples lives to bring lasting change and transformation. As they both minister they will always give time to pray and release an importation into peoples lives. This also often results in personal prophetic words, healing and deliverance taking place.

Over the last four years, we have been developing a relational apostolic gathering of leaders to encourage and receive revelation to help us build together an Apostolic Functional Model based on relationship.
Ryan & Anna Baker-Barnes
Lead Pastors
Ryan and Anna are passionate about the presence of Jesus being manifest in their lives and the lives of the people they minister to.
They have served on the staff team at Revival Fires for over 2 decades, and are now the lead pastors of Revival Fires Church. They minister in a depth of the Word of God, an authority in the Holy Spirit and a rich history of running with revival. Ryan and Anna have been married for 20 years and have three children, who all love and follow Jesus and spend time serving in Church.
Together, Ryan and Anna hold a high value of encounter every time the church gathers and expect to see the Holy Spirit move in healing, freedom and power. They love to train and equip, both in church meetings and hosting teams around their table at home, to see transformation and discipleship at work in individual lives. They have a heart for all generations to serve the purposes of God; for men and women, young and old to know who they are in Jesus and discover their destiny.
Ryan is a worship leader and song writer, who carries a spirit of breakthrough in praise and celebration with a contagious enthusiasm evident of his Zimbabwean upbringing. Ryan has pioneered the Ascend Worship School, raising and releasing worshippers who are marked with the sound of heaven.
Anna lives a life of service in pursuit of seeing healthy families and communities. She walks in great favour in the community sector; working with the NHS, Council, schools and various charities and ministries. Anna speaks and shares with a voice that brings the hope, faithfulness and goodness of God in various strategic meetings and projects, seeing the presence of God transform lives.
