Thank You!

We want to express a huge and heartfelt thank you for sponsoring Revival Children in Zimbabwe. Your monthly donation continues to provide a daily source of energy and nutrition for 400 children at St. Francis School, on the outskirts of Marondera.

Trevor and Ryan were encouraged to be able to visit the school earlier this year as part of the ministry trip to Kabod Church, Zimbbawe. Here are some pictures from that visit below. There is such a sense of joy and gratitude that comes from the children at St. Francis. It made this verse in 2 Corinthians 8 come alive in a whole new way for us:

“In the midst of a very severe trial, their overflowing joy and their extreme poverty welled up in rich generosity.”

Many of you have given in the midst of need; the cost of living crisis, rising rates and expenses. Your gifts have deposited a well of rich joy in the lives of these children. Paul continues to write in this verse words which cause my heart to stir to action:

"For I testify that they gave as much as they were able, and even beyond their ability. Entirely on their own, they urgently pleaded with us for the privilege of sharing in this service to the Lord’s people. And they exceeded our expectations: They gave themselves first of all to the Lord, and then by the will of God also to us.”

Thank you for giving yourself to the Lord, and following the flow of His heart.

Please can you pray for Revival Children and the Church in Zimbabwe at this time. They have just come through a tremulous period of General Elections. School has resumed again after confusion and disruption. New sources of food supplies are being investigated to ensure that we provide the most nutritious food, packed with vitamins and filling for these precious children’s tummy’s! In Zimbabwe, there has been a large increase in costs, so as good stewards we are looking into the various alternative options. Please pray for provision and Godly connections.

We have always desired that the children receive food for their body and spiritual food, from Jesus the One who has an unending supply! These children sing hymns and are taught bible stories regularly our prayer is that they will have an encounter with Jesus that changes their life as they seek Him and are found by Him.

It is a joy to serve the Lord together,
