Thank You to all our Revival Fires family for your support and prayers towards the ministry for marginalised children here in Siliguri.

Education

We have been providing regular tuition and study classes for all the children. The teachers are assigned help each child with their lessons on various subjects. There are periodical tests and examinations based on their performance and they are promoted to higher classes. Most of these children are from the indigenous communities making them the first in their generation to have access to literature and education.

 
Play

Children at Papa House enjoy playing various indoor and outdoor games. Cricket is their favourite outdoor game! We regularly buy outdoor and indoor games materials.

Spiritual Mentoring

We continue to share the gospel with the children to receive the touch of the Holy Spirit through our daily fellowship, prayers and worship together. We try our best to use creative ways to make Jesus relevant to them with real life examples, songs, skits and testimony sharing.

Overall Care and Protection

We share the love of Jesus to each child placed with us by manifestation of our action oriented care. With the help of generous support of our sponsors we as a team provide nutritional meals, monthly medical support, and a safe space for them to live and thrive.

Every year in August Papa House Children are enthusiastic about Independence Day celebrations wearing their school uniform and showcase their many talents such as participating in Parades, presentation of songs and dance and the older boys present a speech on Independence. Overall it is a fun filled day with sweets, treats and celebration lunch!
